Loopy.Cards provides personalised digital video greetings that are created specifically according to the details, messages, photos, and/or any other information submitted with your order.

Because these are customised digital products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed.

Before Production Begins

Please check all names, dates, messages, photographs, and/or other details carefully before submitting your order. loopy.cards creates the video based on the information provided by you. If we have made an error while creating your video that differs from the information you submitted, please contact us and we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected version.

If you request changes because the information supplied in the original order was incorrect or has subsequently changed, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

Refunds

As a general policy, refunds are not available for any ordered, completed or partially completed personalised digital products. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting them.
