Welcome to LoopyCards (“LoopyCards”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.loopy.cards (the “Website”) and your purchase of products and services offered through the Website.
By accessing the Website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.
1. Our Products
LoopyCards provides personalised digital video greetings and invitations for occasions such as festivals, birthdays, weddings and other special moments.
Our products are digital and are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
The exact features, pricing, delivery time and personalisation options applicable to each product will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Because our products are personalised, the final video may contain minor variations in layout, animation, typography, colour or other visual elements while maintaining the overall design and character of the selected product.
2. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to personalise your product.
This may include:
Names
Dates
Venue details
Personal messages
Photographs
Videos or other media
Contact details
Other information requested during the ordering process
Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by LoopyCards.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the requested content is unlawful, inappropriate, infringing, misleading, abusive or otherwise unsuitable for our service.
3. Personalised Content Provided by You
You retain responsibility for the information and media you provide to us.
By submitting photographs, videos, messages, names, logos or other material (“Customer Content”), you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to provide and use that material for the purpose of creating your order.
You must not submit content that:
infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene or fraudulent;
contains malicious software or harmful material; or
violates applicable law.
You grant LoopyCards a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, edit and process your Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to create, deliver, support and manage your order, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of your photographs, personal messages or other Customer Content.
4. Delivery
Personalised digital products are normally delivered within the timeframe stated in our Delivery Policy, provided that we have received all information and media required to complete the order.
Delivery may be made through email, WhatsApp or another electronic method communicated to you.
Delivery times may vary during periods of unusually high demand, technical difficulties or where additional information is required from you.

5. Corrections and Customer-Requested Changes
We create your product using the information submitted with your order.
If LoopyCards makes an error that differs from the information you originally provided, please contact us and we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected version.
If you request changes because incorrect information was provided by you, or because you subsequently want to change the approved content, additional charges or revised delivery times may apply depending on the nature of the request.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Our products are personalised digital products and production may begin after an order is received.
Accordingly, refunds are generally not available once production of a personalised product has begun.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will consider cancellation requests where production has not yet started.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
7. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed at checkout or reflected in the final order amount as required.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available on the Website. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment service providers and is subject to their applicable terms and policies.
LoopyCards does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment card details.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website, including its branding, logo, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, designs, templates, animations, photographs, software and other original material, is owned by or licensed to LoopyCards and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use a completed personalised video purchased from LoopyCards for your personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing it with family, friends and other intended recipients.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
copy or reproduce our templates or designs;
resell or redistribute our templates or source files;
extract or reuse individual design elements for commercial purposes;
reproduce our website content or branding;
represent LoopyCards content as your own; or
use our designs to create competing products or services.
Your purchase of a personalised digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying template, design, animation, music, artwork or other intellectual property used to create it.
9. Music, Fonts, Images and Third-Party Materials
Some products may incorporate music, fonts, stock assets, software or other materials that are licensed from third parties.
Such materials remain subject to their respective licences and are not transferred to you as standalone assets.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may use the completed personalised video as delivered by LoopyCards for its intended personal use, but you may not extract, redistribute or commercially exploit individual third-party assets contained within it.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Website or our services:
for any unlawful purpose;
to infringe the rights of another person or organisation;
to submit fraudulent or misleading information;
to upload content that violates applicable law;
to interfere with or attempt to compromise the Website or its security;
to copy or commercially exploit our designs or services without permission; or
